The right help, in your language, when you need it most

Whether you’re caring for a parent, supporting a son or daughter, or looking for a safe way forward at home, our four programs are here for you. Pick where you’d like to start.

Elder's Help in Health and Communication in English

Feel confident at every appointment and every conversation, with no more nodding along when you don’t understand.

Health support made for older adults

Dedicated help with the medical and wellness needs that come with age, from booking check-ups to managing chronic conditions.

English classes for everyday life

Friendly, small-group lessons focused on real situations: the pharmacy, the bus, the grocery store and chatting with neighbours.

Bilingual staff by your side

We explain complex healthcare instructions and medication guidelines in Somali until everything is clear.

More independence, less isolation

By building language skills and health literacy, elders stay connected and live more independently.
